Slacker

Yes, that's me.  I have been a slacker when it comes to posting on here.  It's been a few months and a lot has happened.  In December Kaycee and I moved into our new place, which we both love :)  Kaycee had a busy Christmas.  She made a trip to Las Vegas to spend Christmas with Anthony's family and the to CA to spend Christmas with my family.  Lots of fun memories and great times with family.  Last month Kaycee turned four, such a big girl now.  We had a small party at Chuck E Cheese, which she LOVED.

Other than that, we're just waiting for the Spring to come.  It's time to get out and have some fun in the sun.

Update

Thought I'd post a little update.  Things are going good.  Kaycee is still liking daycare and learning more and more everyday.  The other day she had to make this wreath for Thanksgiving saying what she was thankful for.  Turns out she is thankful for horses (duh), computers, tables, her barbie's car, toys & her bed.  Very interesting. 

Halloween is just around the corner and Kaycee has decided to be Snow White.  She first said she wanted to be a princess riding a horse.  So I thought I'd be all super creative and make her a costume.  That didn't happen.  So we went to the store and that's what she picked out.  It's a very cute costume and she wants to wear it all the time.

Still hoping we can make it out to CA sometime around Christmas.  Miss everyone.

New Daycare - Again

Kaycee is back at daycare :) This time she is at Kinder Care Learning Center.  This daycare seems to be much better than the last.  She really likes the people there and has a lot of fun.  And she is really learning stuff there too. 

Catch Up

Wow! I was on here reading Kristy's blog and thought I should take a look at mine. I can't believe it has been 4 months since I have posted anything. Well I guess the last four months have been pretty busy. In January Kaycee and I moved to Oklahoma, a temporary move. We are staying at Gma & Gpa's house in Edmond while I finish up my school for Medical Transcription and then we will be going back to CO. Almost done now, I'm on my last unit. We visited Amarillo TX in February, ID & CO in March and just got back from a visit to see my mom in TN a couple of days ago.

Kaycee is a big three-year-old now :( I can't believe how big she is. And so SMART. She says I'm her best friend ever :)

Back to Daycare

I was asked to go back to my old job at Current to help out for the month of December, so Kaycee went back to The Sunshine House. Yesterday was her first day and she did pretty good. She didn't cry when I left. She seemed to recognize some people. But she was crying when I got there to pick her up. I don't know if it was just a long, busy day for her and she isn't use to it or what happened. This morning she said she didn't want to go to school (what she calls daycare) she wanted to go back to bed. I said me too, but we have to go. So she did good when I dropped her off again, we'll see how she is when I pick her up.

After Trick or Treating we went to Jenn's house and Kaycee shared all her candy.
